Let the bullying begin: NBC News releases army of trolls against Hoggwatch.com in pathetic attempt to “intimidate” advertisers that don’t even exist

Well, that didn’t take long.

On Tuesday I wrote a piece describing how NBC News was attempting to contact me and other writers within our organization to pimp us for information regarding one of our newest news and information sites, HoggWatch.com.

The site, as you may realize from its name, is dedicated to tracking the Marxist Left’s newest gun-control darling, young David Hogg, who thankfully managed to survive the Parkland, Fla., school shooting on Valentine’s Day.

Young Mr. Hogg has been everywhere since — Rush Limbaugh calls him “Camera Hogg” — sniping at the Second Amendment and gun owners in general, insulting Republican lawmakers, trashing the National Rifle Association, and leading advertiser boycotts of Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle” featuring Laura Ingraham (Fox has bravely announced that boycott or no, the network is sticking with Ingraham).

As you might have guessed, we have been rather critical of young Mr. Hogg — mostly his hypocrisy in using his First Amendment rights to attack the Second Amendment, and by default every American who believes that every single one of the Bill of Rights is important and worth defending.

That must have ticked NBC News off, which learned of HoggWatch.com and is now looking for information regarding the site for a hit piece, which is standard operating procedure for the Pravda media. They can’t debate us with facts, logic, and reason, so they have to resort to bullying tactics used by fascists and Marxists throughout modern history in an attempt to silence us.

Our staff has been harangued over the past 24 hours with calls from ‘angry readers’ who claim that they’ll call for boycotts of advertisers if we don’t take HoggWatch down and stop ragging on the poor kid. But there are no advertisers for HoggWatch.com. The site is completely advertising-free.

Forgive us for not quaking in our journalistic boots, but I must say with no small amount of pride that our operation does not depend on outside advertisers in order to remain viable and, thanks in large part to President Donald J. Trump’s economic and regulatory policies, thrive.

We don’t depend on “clicks,” “views,” or “CPC” schemes from online ad companies in order to continue bringing our real readers the latest news and information on a variety of topics that we syndicate across our growing network platform. (Related: NBC celebrates teacher who “groomed” anti-gun student activists like David Hogg.)

Our founder and editor, Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, has long since insulated himself and our business model from the hypocrisy, cowardice, and enabling malfeasance of the traditional “mainstream” online advertising world — which makes threats against our ‘advertisers,’ and especially those at HoggWatch.com, silly and stupid.

If you click on over to HoggWatch, in fact, you’ll quickly see that we don’t have traditional advertisers there. So there’s no one to “boycott.” So no threat to do so is even remotely credible. Maybe NBC News should have sent someone to the site first before calling on their sheep to bleat.

Nevertheless, the act itself is one of journalistic malpractice; any credible news source doesn’t have to rely on threats or bullying to be seen, heard, and believed.

“We refuse to be intimidated by the journo-terrorists at NBC News, who are guilty of a long, repeated history of fake journalism and Gestapo-style tactics wielded against their intended censorship targets,” said Adams. “HoggWatch.com serves an important purpose in the public debate where people who attempt to strip away our individual liberties are of course subject to scrutiny and criticism. The actions of NBC News are grotesque, anti-American and doomed to backfire.”
